Supporting Our Community

At Rewind, we believe in the power of play! We are proud to support local non-profits and schools through our donation program. To ensure we can help as many organizations as possible, we follow these specific guidelines:

What to Expect

Local Priority: While we appreciate all good work, we prioritize donations for local organizations serving our immediate community.

  1. The Gift: Maximum of one $25 Game Card per organization.

  2. No Sponsorships: We do not provide cash sponsorships, paid marketing, or corporate branding.

  3. Lead Time: Requests must be made at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of your event.

  4. Limited Capacity: We receive a high volume of requests and may not be able to fulfill every request we receive.

Our Donation Guidelines

To protect our team’s time, we do not accept donation requests via email. To apply, a representative must visit Rewind in person to complete our Donation Request Form. You must provide:

  • Organization Name & Registered Address

  • Federal Tax ID (EIN)

  • A copy of your 501(c)3 Determination Letter

  • Organization Contact Person

  • Event Name & Event Date

  • Intended Use (e.g., Raffle prize, Silent Auction, Volunteer Gift)

  • The Name of the Person picking up the gift card

How to Apply (In-Person Only)

Our team is authorized to decline requests if documentation is missing or if staff safety is compromised.
